From my point of view, Chipper Cash is a wallet, a merchant, a workplace, and believe me chipper Cash means a lot of things.  How I got to Know   I got to know Chipper Cash through an annoying pop up advert on YouTube but as I waited, I watched it and ended up clicking on the link that got me download it.
